Conditions of participation

Participants can take part in the competition until April 28, 2025, 23:59 at www.stex24.com/competition. A total of 3 winners will be drawn, who will be determined on Tuesday 29.04.2025. To participate, you must enter your e-mail address, first name and surname in the form provided.

1) All persons with unlimited legal capacity who are at least 18 years old and resident in the EU with the exception of Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway are eligible to participate.

We are giving away three vouchers worth €25 each for our online shop www.stex24.com including three Easter snack boxes.

The claim to the prize will be forfeited if the winner does not respond within four working days of the announcement. The winner will be contacted via the e-mail address provided in the competition. The full address must be provided for the prize to be sent. The prize will be sent either electronically (e-mail) or by post.

2) A payout, payment in kind or an exchange of prizes is not possible.

3) Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.

4) Participants who violate the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition with immediate effect

5) The draw will be made electronically at random.

The organiser (Stecker Express GmbH) is entitled to discontinue, cancel or suspend the competition if an attempt at abuse through manipulation is detected, if proper implementation is no longer ensured (this applies in particular in the event of hardware or software failure, program errors, computer viruses or unauthorised intervention by third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems), in the event of force majeure or other legal reasons which make this step necessary from the organiser's point of view.

If individual points of these conditions of participation are invalid or incomplete, the validity of the other conditions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded (§ 762 BGB). Participants are not entitled to assert claims against the organiser due to a change in the competition or the conditions of participation. The organiser may change the conditions of participation without giving reasons. A certain availability of the competition is not guaranteed, in particular unforeseeable technical problems and maintenance work can lead to downtimes and delays.
