Where are Harting connectors used?
Harting connectors are always used whenever high reliability is required, even under high loads. The proven Harting connectors can be used and scaled flexibly. From a basic switch cabinet in the workshop, to connectors in vehicles and applications under extreme loads in industrial facilities or wind farms, these long-lived connectors perform their tasks safely and powerfully.
What is a Harting connector?
Connectors from Harting (Harting Stecker) are designed for the harshest of working environments in industry or for regulation and control technology. The connectors can be individually combined so that they are arranged optimally for the respective application. For example, it is possible to protect the connector against aggressive environmental factors or to shield it against electrical or magnetic fields with a suitable Han hood and housing.
A complete Harting industrial connector comprises four main components: Housing upper section, pin insert, possibly with matching contacts and the counterpiece with socket insert and housing lower section. The right cable gland with or without bend protection and tension relief. The housing itself is available in different designs, e.g. with or without cap and double or single locking lever. All elements can be adjusted individually to your requirements. Special drill holes are also no problem and can be ordered with a delivery time of just one day.
