By accessing the Stecker Express GmbH website, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. conditions of validity

1.1 The website www.stex24.de is operated by Stecker Express GmbH, Lembergstraße 52, 72766 Reutlingen  ("website operator").

1.2 For the use of the website www.stex24.de and the utilisation options provided there, insofar as these are not dependent on the conclusion of a contract with Stecker Express GmbH, these Terms of Use apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of use.

1.3 Orders for the service offered by Stecker Express GmbH via the website ("Service") via the online ordering option on the website, for the conclusion of the contract and the subsequent use of the Service, as well as for all other deliveries and services of Stecker Express GmbH, shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Stecker Express GmbH, which can also be accessed on the website under the heading GTC.

1.4 These Terms of Use shall also apply if registration with login is required for certain areas of use of the website.

1.5 By commencing use of the website (with or without login), the user accepts these Terms of Use in their currently valid version.

2. Content

2.1 All rights to the structure, design and content of the website, in particular copyrights and ancillary copyrights to software, texts, images and graphics as well as rights to trademarks and business designations remain exclusively with the website operator or the corresponding rights holders. 3.1 In addition to the actual use of the Service (to which the GTC apply), Stecker Express GmbH offers certain functions via the Website for which the User is also required to register. The website operator may discontinue such free-of-charge usage options at any time without giving reasons or block the user's account. The website provider shall only be liable for damages arising from and in connection with such free-of-charge usage options in the event of wilful intent and gross negligence.

3.2 There is no entitlement to registration and/or use of the free website offers. The Website Provider expressly reserves the right to refuse registrations.

3.3 If registration is intended, the user is obliged to fill out the form provided by the website provider completely and truthfully. By completing his registration, the user assures that the data provided by him is correct and complete. The user must inform the website provider immediately of any subsequent changes to his details.

3.4 The user is obliged to keep the password and the entire user ID secret, to store them separately and not to pass them on to third parties. If the user becomes aware that third parties have gained knowledge of the password or user ID or are using them, he must inform the website operator immediately. The website operator is not obliged to unblock or re-establish an account for the user. In any case, a block that has been set up will be cancelled.

3.6 The user himself can request the cancellation of his registration in text form at any time, provided that this does not conflict with the processing of ongoing contractual relationships. If the registration is cancelled, the website operator shall delete all user data and any other personal data stored in relation to the user as soon as it no longer requires them.

3.7 The provision of the website is a voluntary and free service of Stecker Express GmbH, which is offered "as is", i.e. with the features and status actually available. Stecker Express GmbH is authorised to discontinue or restrict the provision of the website at any time without prior notification and without giving reasons.

4 Obligations of the user

4.1 The user may not use the website or the usage options provided under these Terms of Use (e.g. user account) unlawfully or improperly or allow them to be used, in particular not for the processing of transactions relating to items that violate statutory provisions. 9. Miscellaneous

9.1. The legal relationship between the parties shall be governed exclusively by German law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9.2. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with the contract shall be Reutlingen.

9.3. Stecker Express GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time with effect for the future. Stecker Express GmbH shall notify the user of the amended Terms of Use prior to the planned entry into force and inform the user of the new provisions and the date of the planned entry into force. If no declaration is made within the reasonable period of time notified, the amended Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been agreed.

9.4. If individual provisions of these Terms of Use are or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Terms and conditions of purchase

The Stecker Express Web Shop is aimed exclusively at commercial customers. Delivery to private customers is not possible for tax reasons. When registering as a first-time customer, you will therefore be asked for your commercial tax number or your VAT identification number.

CAD download service

Stecker Express makes its CAD data available for the development and planning of its customers' projects. Stecker Express determines the scope and type of download data. Stecker Express also reserves the right to discontinue this service in whole or in part without giving reasons. There is no legal entitlement to this service. The following terms of use are supplemented by the privacy policy.

Restriction of use & copyright
The CAD data provided by Stecker Express is and remains the property of Stecker Express. This data may only be used for the company registered with the user name. Disclosure of the data to third parties (in any form) is expressly prohibited without the written consent of Stecker Express.

Limited liability and exclusion of liability
Stecker Express assumes no guarantee or liability for the accuracy of the CAD data transmitted. Design-related tolerances are possible for individual products.

Modifications
The CAD data provided by Stecker Express is for information purposes only and is not subject to any modification service. Stecker Express reserves the right to make adjustments, technical changes and deletions at any time.
