Guidelines for vouchers, promotional items and free gifts

The voucher is applied to the total order. To calculate the total discount amount, the individual items for percentage vouchers are each reduced by the specified percentage value based on the net value of the goods excluding metal surcharges or copper surcharges. In the case of value vouchers, the voucher value is divided into the individual items ordered on a percentage basis according to item value in order to calculate the total discount amount.

The voucher code cannot be applied to items that already have a promotional price. Vouchers that explicitly refer to certain goods, articles, article groups or similar are excluded from the above regulation. Voucher codes cannot be offset against shipping costs. Vouchers that explicitly refer to free delivery are excluded from the above regulation.

• Each voucher can only be redeemed once per customer number. Vouchers are not valid for purchases already made or exchanged items. Vouchers, promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with each other and will not be paid out. They always refer to the net value of the goods without metal surcharges or copper surcharges.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed via our online shop www.stex24.de. It is not possible to redeem vouchers in any other way (e.g. by e-mail).
• The unauthorised sale of vouchers or voucher codes constitutes fraud and will be reported to the police
• Minimum and/or maximum order value: A voucher can only be redeemed if the net value of the goods excluding metal surcharges or copper surcharges is within the specified minimum and/or maximum order value. The redemption details of the respective vouchers can always be viewed in the corresponding redemption conditions. The €10 welcome voucher for newsletter registration is valid from a minimum order value of €50 (net) without shipping costs and surcharges. If the voucher does not contain any details and is not explicitly mentioned here on these pages, the amount of the voucher applies as the minimum order value, plus shipping costs. Stecker Express reserves the right to cancel the voucher if the minimum order value is subsequently fallen short of due to the return of items. There is no entitlement to a replacement or refund of the voucher.
• Time limit: Vouchers are generally subject to a time limit, which can be viewed in the redemption conditions. An extension is not possible. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate promotional prices and promotional discounts prematurely and to withdraw vouchers in the event of misuse.
