Delivery within Germany

Standard delivery within Germany
Standard delivery: 6,95 €
Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days

A net value of € 150,  the standard delivery is free to the door! Only applies to orders via the online shop

Express delivery: 12,95 €
Delivery time: ordered before 5:00 p.m. - delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next day

A Saturday delivery (subject to a surcharge) and delivery on a requested date are possible. Delivery times to German islands on request.

Delivery times for an express delivery within Germany
If your order is placed before 5:00 p.m. on a working day, your goods will be dispatched the same day. They will arrive at the delivery address provided (apart from islands) punctually by 10:00 a.m. the next day. In the event of prepayment, the goods leave us on the day on which the money is received (working days before 5:00 p.m.) and are then with you punctually by 10:30 a.m. the next day. Delivery is possible on Saturday (for express tariff) or on a any date you desire. Simply make a corresponding entry in the shop on the complete your order page.

Delivery within Europe

Standard delivery abroad

With the exception of cables and protective tubing with a shipping weight of 31kg or a volume of 1.1sqm, we reserve the right to invoice the goods by a forwarding agent. Our sales team will contact you after the order has been placed before the goods are dispatched.

All orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.

Please note that additional customs and handling fees apply when shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Express delivery is available on request. The customs clearance costs will be invoiced separately by the shipping service provider.

Express delivery abroad
Your order for abroad or from abroad will be delivered by UPS. For an express delivery abroad, please contact our service team: Tel. + 49 7121 / 48 55 00. Same day delivery within Germany

Same day delivery within Germany: With same day delivery, we guarantee delivery across Germany on the same day. Goods are shipped immediately for orders placed Mon - Thu before 5.00 pm and Fri before 3.00 pm Direct delivery to you will be on the same day. 

In order to get your same day delivery moving as fast as possible, please call us directly on the free number  + 49 7121 / 48 55 00. Our service team is available to you from Mon to Fri 8.00 am - 5.00 pm!

Requested delivery date

You want the delivery to arrive on a date requested by you! Choose your desired delivery date (Mon - Sat) on the order completion page. Please note that we can only guarantee your requested delivery date with an express delivery.

Collection

You can also collect your orders directly from us on an agreed date from our warehouse in 72829 Engstingen. Please call directly after completing your order on the free number + 49 7121 / 48 55 00. We are open from Mon – Fri from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. 

To pick up your order, please report to the reception at Sandweg 2 in 72829 Engstingen. Collection times are: Mon – Fri from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. We do not sell from the warehouse. Regrettably, it is therefore not possible to order or pay on site.

Returns / Rewarehousing fee

Stecker Express typically accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery. There is no entitlement to this. This is a voluntary service.

Returnable goods are those, which are not prefabricated and have not been selected individually or personally for manufacture by the customer (e.g. produced according to customer requirements or cut products, special production and special housings). The goods must be in a good, saleable condition, in the closed Stecker Express original packaging.

Upon return of the goods, the customer will receive a refund of the cost of the goods minus a rewarehousing fee. The refund is not paid in cash but instead can be used only to offset future purchases or orders. We reserve the right to offset refund amounts without limit. For all further returns, we charge 20% of the cost of the goods, but at least € 30. Shipping costs are not offset and must be borne by the customer. Before returning the goods, please contact our service team. The completed return slip must be used for voluntary returns.

Wrong item or wrong amount?

Have you received the wrong product, a different quantity or a defective item? Regrettably, mistakes may occur despite internal checks. Please get in touch with our service team.  A defective delivery will be collected from you simply and free of charge and the correct order resent.

Before returning the goods, please contact our service team!
Simply send us the goods in the originally packaging, together with the completed return slip.
