Reliable, modular and extremely robust!

Harting Han 3A industrial connectors are characterised by their flexibility and a broad spectrum of connector variants and the matching housings. Additionally, connectors of the Harting Han 3A series M25 allow a 25 percent larger cable diameter compared to usual M20 cable glands.

For smaller cable diameters, on the other hand, the Han 3A with M16 cable outlet is available. These are available as Han 3A hoods M16, Han 3A surface mounted housing M16 and also as a Han 3A cable to cable housing M16 for a flying lead. Thus, contact inserts from the Han Q series can also be used if a Harting connector with a high rated current is needed.

From 2-pin connectors to 21-pin connectors, the Han 3A series offers a larger range of Harting inserts and different pin numbers than any other Harting family. Depending on the design, the Harting hoods and housings have a safety lever, screw lock or bayonet lock as a fastener. Our assortment of housings includes products for Harting connectors from the Han 3A standard, EMC, EX, INOX, HPR and M series. Alongside from the large selection of housings, we also offer prefabricated Han 3A Ex complete sets with crimp terminals.

Han 3A EMC - Housing for increased EMC requirements

Shielded housings for use in areas with higher EMC requirement. Depending on the shape, the housings in the closed state are IP44 conform (according to DIN EN 60529) and with an optional sealing screw fulfil the requirements according to IP65/67. Han 3A INOX

Han 3A housing made from unpainted, rust-free stainless steel, for connectors that need to be extremely corrosion-resistant. The housings are available for a clamping range of up to 13mm with straight or lateral cable outlet. Alongside the usual flush mounted housings, our housing assortment includes the following Han 3A INOX types: Hood, bulkhead mounted housing, cable to cable housing

Han 3A M - housing for increased environmental requirements

Robust housing made from corrosion-resistant die-case zinc, certified according to protection class IP65. The housing of the Han 3A series are suitable for a temperature range from -40 degrees to +125 degrees and are available in the following types: Bulkhead mounted housing, surface mounted housing, cable to cable housing, screw mounted housing, hood and panel feed-through housing.

Han 3A HPR

Made for use under extreme environmental factors, These housings fulfil the requirements according to protection class up to IP 69K. Therefore, they are optimally protected against water, such as during high-pressure or steam jet cleaning. Apart from the matching adapters, we have Han 3A HPR housings with screw and bayonet lock in the following types: Bulkhead mounted housing, flush mounted housing and hood
