For extensive cabling systems or for a very high number of pins, Harting Han® 48B series connectors are the perfect choice. From 10 to 216 pins, everything is possible. In addition, the large selection of connector inserts can tolerate voltages of up to 830V and currents of up to 300A. A high-quality Harting connector housing is indispensable for a secure and easy-to-handle connection. Our large assortment of Han® 48B housings includes standard die-cast aluminium housings as well as models that provide explosion protection in safety-relevant environments or those that guarantee protection from penetrating dust and water jets in accordance with IP69K. Han 48B standard housings
We offer bulkhead mounted housings, surface mounted housings or hoods with straight or side cable outlet in proven Harting quality. The powder-coated, die-cast aluminium housings are scratch- and corrosion-resistant and optimised for long-lasting durability. Available in high and low construction, compatible with a variety of Harting connector inserts from 10 to 216 pins. Depending on the model, lockable via single locking lever or lever on lower part. Our housing types are available with cable outlets in dimensions M32, M40, M50 as well as PG29, PG36 and PG42.
Han 48B EX
Environments in which potentially-explosive gases can occur require a connector housing with explosion protection. The Han 48B EX housings meet the requirements for these sensitive industrial areas. We offer Ex housings as bulkhead-mounted housings and hoods in the following versions:
Han 48B EX hood with straight cable outlet: the model on 48B Ex-gg-M32-R-HC is available with a hole in each of the following dimensions: M32 without UL and M40 without UL approval. Both versions are suitable for a locking system with a lever on the lower part.
Han 48B M
Bulkhead mounted housings, hoods and surface mounted housings for use in environments with increased environmental influences. Connectors in these housings are protected against dust and water jets in accordance with protection class IP65. The powder-coated die-cast aluminium housings are corrosion resistant and designed for a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Overview of our Harting Han 48B M housings:
- Han 48B M bulkhead mounted housing: low design with a single locking lever and a protective cap made of high-quality plastic.
- Han 48B M surface mounted housing: high design with two M50 side cable outlets, a single locking lever and a metal protective cap.
- Han 48B M hood: high design, with side or straight cable outlet and locking system with a lever on the lower part.
Han 48B HPR
Bulkhead mounted housings, hoods and surface mounted housings made of die-cast aluminium for use in harsh outdoor environments. Certified according to protection class IP 69K. Our range of products includes:
- Han 48B HPR hoods with straight cable outlet and screw locking.
- Han 48B HPR surface mounted housings in a horizontal design with straight cable outlet and screw locking.
- Han 48B HPR bulkhead mounted housings for one or four standard contact inserts
